رسامة 5 كهنة جدد على يد قداسة البابا تواضروس الثاني بدير الأنبا بيشوي بوادي النطرون بمصر. وقد أمضى الكهنة 40 يومًا في دير الأنبا بيشوي بوادي النطرون بمصر.

9/18/2023: The celebration of opening a new church in Seattle

Yesterday (Saturday), the Pontifical Headquarters for Northern California and the Western United States celebrated the purchase and receipt of a new church in Seattle, a church bearing the names of the Archangels.

Father Father Antonius Baqi, the representative of the papal headquarters, and the fathers, the priests of the Seattle churches, prayed the first evening prayer in the new church, and the fathers also prayed the first mass in it on Sunday morning, with the participation of large numbers of people.

الاحتفال بشراء كنيسة جديدة في سياتل

احتفل المقر البابوي لشمال كاليفورنيا وغرب الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية أمس الأول (السبت) بشراء واستلام كنيسة جديدة في سياتل، وهي كنيسة حملت أسماء رؤساء الملائكة.

وصلى الأب القمص أنطونيوس باقي وكيل المقر البابوي، والآباء كهنة كنائس سياتل أول صلاة عشية بالكنيسة الجديدة، وصلى الآباء كذلك أول قداس بها صباح الأحد، بمشاركة أعداد كبيرة من الشعب.

9/16/2023: Archbishop Daoud Lamei’s meetings with the Archdiocesan priests in America

Father Father Daoud Lamei, priest of the Church of St. Mark the Apostle in Heliopolis, visited, in recent days, the Archdiocese region in the United States of America (northern California and the western United States), and was received by Father Father Antonius Baqi, representative of the Archdiocese.

Father David held a meeting last Wednesday with the Northern California Council of Priests, and the topic of the meeting was entitled “Brakes that hinder the priest’s service.” It included four lectures, the first of which was on Wednesday evening after the evening prayer, and was titled “Overcoming Lack of Love,” and the second on the same day was titled “Curricula.” Evangelism.”

The lectures continued after yesterday’s mass, Thursday, where he spoke on a topic entitled “I have made you a light to the nations” (Isaiah 49:6) and another entitled “See what you intend to do” (Acts 22:26).

لقاءات القمص داود لمعي مع كهنة الأرشيديوسس بأمريكا

زار الأب القمص داود لمعي كاهن كنيسة القديس مار مرقس الرسول بمصر الجديدة، الأيام الماضية، منطقة الأرشيديوسس بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية (شمال كاليفورنيا وغرب الولايات المتحدة) واستقبله الأب القمص أنطونيوس باقي، وكيل "الأرشيديوسس"

وعقد القمص داود لقاءً يوم الأربعاء الماضي مع مجمع كهنة شمال كاليفورنيا، وجاء موضوع اللقاء بعنوان "فرامل تعوق خدمة الكاهن" وتضمن أربعة محاضرات، أولاها مساء الأربعاء عقب صلاة العشية، وحملت عنوان "التغلب علي عدم المحبة" وثانيها في نفس اليوم وكان عنوانها "مناهج الكرازة".

واستكملت المحاضرات عقب قداس أمس الخميس حيث تحدث في موضوع بعنوان "جَعَلْتُكَ نُورًا لِلأُمَمِ" (أش ٤٩: ٦) وآخر بعنوان "انْظُرْ مَاذَا أَنْتَ مُزْمِعٌ أَنْ تَفْعَلَ" (أع ٢٢: ٢٦).

06/16/2023: The Archangels Church located in South Everett has placed an offer on a new church property:

With god’s grace, the Intercessions of the 7 Archangels, the prayers of our beloved father and shepherd His Holiness Pope Tawadros II, and the prayers of the fathers of this holy synod, The church of Archangels is in the process of buying a new church building. The new building will be more than just a building of prayer, but will always be a hub of Christian Love, and fellowship, and a house in which our children can grow and learn Christian faith, principles and morals. This building will also help us provide more educational, spirituals, and social services to our congregation.

Having our own building will allow us to host all the church occasions that we cannot host now due to our paralyzing lease agreement. The building as you see in the video is standing on a 2.5 acre Land in the heart of Everett, WA. The bank that agreed to give us the loan has put in front of us a very difficult task which is raising a $1.5M for a down payment due July 31st 2023. We strongly belief that our Lord Jesus Christ will always make the impossible possible. “Jesus replied, “What is impossible with man is possible with God.” Luke 18:27

And from here we invite all the churches in the Archdiocese to get the blessing of participation in this project.

“The God of heaven Himself will prosper us; therefore we His servants will arise and build” Nehemiah 2:20

بنعمة ربنا و شفاعة رؤساء الملايكة و بركة صلوات قداسة البابا المعظم الانبا تواضروس الثاني و صلوات كل اباء المنطقة، تقوم الان كنيسة رؤساء الملائكة في ايفريت واشنطن بشراء مبنى كنيسة ليكون المبنى الجديد الذي نحلم به أكثر من مجرد مكان للصلاة. إنه سيكون ملاذًا للمحبة، ومركزًا للمجتمع، وبيتًا ينمو فيه أطفالنا في الإيمان والمحبة. سنتمكن من توفير مرافق تعليمية أكبر وأفضل، حيث يمكن لأطفالنا تعلم كلمة الله والنمو في إيمانهم. و سيساعد هذا المبنى ايضاً على اتمام جميع الخدمات الكنسية اللتى نعجز عن اتمامها الان بكوننا نصلي في مبنى مؤجر. المبنى كما هو موضح بالفيديو يقع على ارض بمساحة ٢،٣/٤ فدان في قلب منطقة ايفريت. الان نحن في صدد مهمة عسرة يطلبها البنك من الكنيسة و هي القيام بتجميع مبلغ ١.٥ مليون ليكون مقدم (down payment) لهذا المبنى بموعد ٣١ يوليو ٢٠٢٣ نحن على ايمان و يقين ان مسيحنا غني بكل اعضاؤه اللذين هم نحن. "الغير مستطاع عند الناس مستطاع عند الله" لو ١٨ : ٢٧ و من هذا المنطلق فنحن نود ان تنال كل كنائس الارشيديوسيس على بركة المشاركة في هذا المشروع.

5/13/2023: The election of a deacon to be a priest at St. Coptic Orthodox Church in Seattle:

On Saturday and Sunday 5/13/2023, 5/14/2023 we had the blessing of Father Antonios to lead the process of electing a deacon of saint Mary church to be ordained a priest for the church joining the priests assembly in greater Seattle After the approval of H.H Pope Tawadros and planning with Father Antonios.

The process ended successfully in nomination of Engineer Michel Abelmilk. Father Antonios met the board of Deacons on Saturday 5/13/2023 Then he met with all servants of saint Mary church eligible to vote according to the By-laws . The process resulted in voting for Michel Abdel Melike , the general coordinator of Sunday school. Then Father Antonios led the liturgy on Sunday 5/14 and introduced Michel to the congregation and after getting all feedback and opinions from the congregation, the process ended in agreement to ordain him after getting the final approval from the Pope and his blessings.

يومي السبت والأحد ٢٠٢٣/٥/١٣، ٢٠٢٣/٥/١٤ حظينا بمباركة الأب أنطونيوس لقيادة عملية انتخاب شماس كنيسة القديسة مريم ليتم رسامته كاهنًا للكنيسة منضمًا إلى مجلس الكهنة في سياتل الكبرى بعد بموافقة قداسة البابا تواضروس والتخطيط مع الأب أنطونيوس.

وانتهت العملية بنجاح بترشيح المهندس ميشيل عبدالملك. اجتمع الأب أنطونيوس بمجلس الشمامسة يوم السبت ٢٠٢٣/٥/١٣ ثم التقى بجميع خدام كنيسة القديسة مريم الذين يحق لهم التصويت حسب النظام الداخلي. وأسفرت العملية عن التصويت لميشيل عبدالملك،أمين خدمة مدارس الأحد.

ثم ترأس الأب أنطونيوس القداس يوم الأحد ٥/١٤ وقدم ميشيل إلى المصلين وبعد الحصول على كافة الملاحظات والآراء من المصلين انتهت العملية بالاتفاق على رسامته بعد الحصول على الموافقة النهائية من البابا وبركاته.
